Austin FC have acquired Ghana international winger Osman Bukari from Serbian club Red Star Belgrade, the club announced Thursday afternoon.
The 25-year-old will sign with the club through 2027 as a Designated Player, and demanded a reported transfer fee of $7 million.

Bukari has racked up a tally of 47 goals and 55 assists in 205 matches in stints with Red Star Belgrade, Nantes, Gent and AS Trenčín.
“Osman is a fast and technical winger with a proven ability to get goals and assists competing at some of the highest levels of club football,” sporting director Rodolfo Borrell said.
“We’re confident he will make an immediate impact for us on the pitch when he arrives and we’re delighted to have him sign for Austin FC.”
