Angers SCO have been steadily climbing up the Ligue 1 table since the start of the year. Alexandre Dujeux’s side have only lost twice in all competitions in 2025 and will be hoping to avoid adding to that tally when they travel to face struggling AS Saint-Étienne.

The head coach will make a few changes from the side that defeated Stade de Reims 1-0 last weekend. In midfield, Dujeux’s hand will be forced with the suspension of Jean-Eudes Aholou, this will likely mean Yassin Belkhdim will drop back from last week’s more advanced role.

The captain Himad Abdelli will be back in the lineup as the number 10. On the left of the attack, Farid El Melali also returns. Up front, Esteban Lepaul’s injury means that Dujeux will likely turn to Ibrahima Niane.
