A new experience is on the horizon for the Algerian star.
Amir Sayoud is about to embark on a new journey with Saudi Arabian side Al Hazm
Algerian midfielder Amir Sayoud is on the verge of signing for Saudi Arabian club Al Hazm after his contract with Al Raed in the Saudi Professional League expired.
Press reports revealed that the player is currently valued at around €550,000 according to global player market value website TransferMarkt, and other reports have suggested that the 33-year-old is highly attracted and interested in the project of Saudi club Al Hazm.
Other press reports, led by reports from FootAfrica, have revealed that the player is heavily interested in the offer from Saudi Arabian club Al Hazm and that there is currently an agreement in principle between the two parties.
The Algerian playmaker’s career reads like a footballing atlas – spanning continents, leagues, and legendary clubs. After making waves at Egypt’s Al Ahly, Saïoud became a household name in Algeria’s top flight with MO Béjaïa and ES Sétif, where his creativity lit up domestic competitions.
His Middle Eastern chapter saw him conquer Saudi pitches, first with Al-Tai before becoming a midfield maestro at Al-Raed. But Saïoud’s passport tells the full story – from Bulgarian challenges to Tunisian triumphs, each stop added another layer to this versatile attacking midfielder’s ever-growing legacy.
