Newcastle fan Mike Pendridge set the internet abuzz on Tuesday night when he celebrated Allan Saint-Maximin’s extra-time winner in rather bizarre fashion.

After the Newcastle star secured his side’s passage to the FA Cup fifth round for the first time since 2006, Pendridge exposed himself and twirled his package around in helicopter-esque fashion.

Unfortunately for Pendridge, his moment of flaccid madness landed him a lifetime ban from all English football grounds.

Upon hearing the news, Saint-Maximin took to Twitter to defend the 27-year-old in a hilarious tweet.

Though some might see the lifetime ban as harsh, I think that we can agree that #WeWillRememberYouPenicopter is one of the better hashtags any footballer has come up with for some time.
