At the Munich team’s internal end-of-season party at the upmarket Käfer restaurant on Sunday, Pavlovic told BILD: „Everything’s fine!“

When asked whether the European Championships were not in danger for him, the centre midfielder replied: „No, everything’s fine!“ However, according to the report, there will be another final check on Monday.

According to Sky, Pavlovic suffered a sprained ligament in his right foot. The plan is for him to travel with the DFB team to the training camp in Blankenhain on 26 May.

Pavlovic had to leave the pitch injured

Pavlovic was substituted with an injury in the 34th minute of Bayern’s 4-2 defeat at TSG Hoffenheim. Coach Thomas Tuchel brought on Lovro Zvonarek in his place.

Pavlovic is in the provisional European Championship squad of the German national team for the tournament in Germany. He has not yet played a match for the senior national team. Before the last international matches in France and against the Netherlands, Pavlovic was nominated for the first time by national coach Julian Nagelsmann. However, the Bayern youngster had to cancel at short notice due to tonsillitis.

Pavlovic also has Serbian citizenship and could therefore have played for the senior national team of his father’s country of birth. However, Pavlovic decided in favour of a national team career in the DFB selection.
