The 16-year-old scored 32 goals for Arsenal’s Under-18 side last season and has attracted interest from clubs around Europe.

Arsenal have made the striker an offer to stay, which will see him sign on as a scholar this summer before penning a professional contract in November when he turns 17.

The Gunners, however, are having to fight off interest from around Europe, with Bayern Munich understood to have made a lucrative offer to Obi-Martin.

Ajax, Borussia Dortmund and Copenhagen are all also interested in the teenager, who is not restricted by Brexit rules and moving abroad to another European club due to the fact he is Danish.

Arsenal hope their offer will be enough to convince Obi-Martin to stay and the striker is expected to decide his future later this month.

He has joined the Elite Project Group agency ahead of signing his first professional contract later this year.

The agency is home to a number of top players, including Arsenal winger Bukayo Saka and Manchester United forward Jadon Sancho.

Obi-Martin has now joined their ranks too after putting in some sensational performances for Arsenal’s youth teams.

The striker went viral earlier this season after scoring 10 goals during an Under-16s match against Liverpool.

Obi-Martin has since made the jump to U18 level and he is continuing to catch the eye, scoring seven goals in one game with Norwich.
