Ajax have launched their away kit for the upcoming Eredivisie season.
The club confirm it ‘characterises the Amsterdam identity’ with a golden eagle depicted on a deep navy blue background, with eye-catching detail on the trim.

In Greek mythology, Zeus sent an eagle to Telemon and Eriboea to let them know they would have a son, and afterwards they named the baby Ajax.
