Ajax friendly called off

Due to coronavirus cases in the Ajax camp, both clubs have agreed to cancel the match.

The friendly against Ajax, which was due to take place today (Saturday 23 July) at 15:00 CEST in Grödig, has been called off due to coronavirus cases in the Dutch record champions' squad. Both clubs agreed to cancel the match for safety reasons. Oliver Glasner's side will instead hold a training session in the Austrian town. Eintracht play their final pre-season friendly this Wednesday, 27 July, at FC Astoria Walldorf (kick-off 18:00 CEST).
