A minute's silence held at the Santiago Bernabéu

A minute's silence was observed at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium prior to the Real Madrid - Rayo Vallecano match in memory of Fernando Fernández-Tapias, first vice-president of Real Madrid and member of every Board of Directors chaired by Florentino Pérez, from 17 July 2000 until 2 July 2006 and from 1 June 2009 until his passing.

He was also a patron of the Real Madrid Foundation for 20 years. Fernando Fernández-Tapias was a Real Madrid member for 30 years, since 1993.
