Bristol City midfielder Alex Scott is currently on, and has been on the radars of lots of Premier League clubs in recent months, with it being likely that the Championship club’s resolve will be tested when the summer window opens its doors for business.
Wolves are one club that have kept tabs on the exciting midfielder, whilst the likes of Newcastle United, Tottenham Hotspur and West Ham United are also monitoring the 19-year-old.
A regular starter for the Robins in the Championship this season, the £20 million rated midfielder’s versatility has been tested too.
Asked what kind of chance Wolves have in winning the race for the exciting Championship midfielder, Pete O’Rourke told Football League World: “A lot will depend on if Wolves stay in the Premier League. They need to ensure they survive relegation to have any chance of signing Alex Scott.

“But yeah, I think there’s going to be a lot of competition for his signature this summer.”
The verdict
Scott is a fantastic midfield talent who has all the right attributes and has the potential to play a starring role in the Premier League in years to come.
Someone with tremendous technical ability and a great work ethic, it is no surprise that he has generated the amount of interest he has.
Given the level of interest that there is in for him at the moment, relegation to the Championship will automatically rule the Midlands club out of the running.
