Napoli head coach Antonio Conte is expected to pick a three-man defence as they host Serie A leaders Inter in a vital game for the title race.
It kicks off at 18:00 CET (17:00 GMT) at the Stadio Diego Maradona in Naples.
The Partenopei lost Frank Anguissa through injury, which will force Conte to replace his midfield keystone with Philip Billing in a trio completed by Stanislav Lobotka and Scott McTominay.

David Neres’ crucial absence recently persuaded the coach to budge from his usual 4-3-3 formation, as he revealed that Giacomo Raspadori ‘can’t play’ on the wing, leading him to use him as a second striker alongside Romelu Lukaku.
Inter have had to deal with multiple injuries plaguing their left flank, meaning coach Simone Inzaghi will have to do without Matteo Darmian, Carlos Augusto and Nicola Zalewski at the same time.
However, Federico Dimarco is fit and expected to start as a left wing-back against Napoli, but the lack of alternatives could prompt the manager to change the system during the game.
According to Sky Sport Italia, Yann Bisseck should get the nod in his side’s defensive trio alongside Francesco Acerbi and Alessandro Bastoni, but La Gazzetta dello Sport reports that Benjamin Pavard is likelier to start in his place.

One of Inzaghi’s most critical decisions will concern his star striker Marcus Thuram – the France international has seemingly recovered from an ankle injury, but the coach admitted ‘there’s no guarantee’ that he would start against Antonio Conte’s side.
If he’s not included in the starting XI, Mehdi Taremi would partner Lautaro Martínez up front.
The Stadio Maradona showdown will be shown live on TNT Sports 3 and OneFootball in the UK. In the United States, the Serie A match will be available to watch and stream online live through Fubo, Paramount+ and Fox Deportes. DAZN has exclusive rights for the game in Italy.
