Ralf Rangnick has turned down the chance to succeed Thomas Tuchel at Bayern Munich.
Rangnick has been heavily linked with a switch to the Allianz Arena over the past few weeks with several outlets claiming that negotiations were almost at an end for his arrival.
But official confirmation has come from the Austrian FA on Thursday confirming that Rangnick will stay on as national team boss.

The former Manchester United will now focus on Austria’s Euro 2024 campaign where they are in a group with Netherlands, France and Poland.
Bayern meanwhile continue their hunt for a new coach with Brighton’s Roberto De Zerbi and Zinedine Zidane two of the names reportedly on their shortlist.
