The situation with Lorenzo Lucca remains wide open, because while Udinese know that Napoli are interested, he remains in stand-by over the on-going Darwin Nunez pursuit.
There were some who suggested there was a deadline for Monday or Tuesday this week, with an exchange of documents, and various details that Udinese knew nothing about.

They still don’t know much about that, or rather, the Friulani are well aware that Napoli have interest in the striker, but also that the reigning Serie A Champions have not stopped thinking about Nunez.
So much also depends on the situation with Victor Osimhen, and with so many elements still in motion, the Udinese centre-forward remains in stand-by.
At the same time, other alternatives are still very much in the running for Lucca, for instance he is admired by new Roma coach Gian Piero Gasperini, and also appreciated by Atalanta in case Mateo Retegui accepts the transfer to Al-Qadsiah.
