Barça will have to pay €15 million, and up to €60 million if the club fails to restore financial balance. In England, Chelsea's Blues have also been hit with a €31 million fine, which could rise to €80 million (a €20 million fine combined with another of €11 million), while Aston Villa is ordered to pay €11 million (a €5 million fine and another of €6 million).

"HNK Hajduk Split, Aston Villa FC, Chelsea FC, FC Barcelona and Olympique Lyonnais have entered into settlement agreements with the ICFC for a period of 2, 3, or 4 years. The duration of each agreement depends on the clubs' ability to comply with the regulations within a set timeframe. The ultimate goal for these clubs is to be fully compliant with the football revenue rule by the end of the settlement period (i.e., by the 2026/27 season for a 2-year period, the 2027/28 season for a 3-year period, and the 2028/29 season for a 4-year period).

All clubs have agreed to pay a fine (both conditional and unconditional), the amount of which depends on the extent of the breach. The settlement agreements, covering a four-year period, also take into account the projected financial results for the fiscal year ending in 2025.

Details are summarized below:Clubs / Duration / Total fine / Of which unconditional

- Chelsea FC (ENG) / 4 years / €80M / €20M

- FC Barcelona (ESP) / 2 years / €60M / €15M

- Olympique Lyonnais (FRA) / 4 years / €50M / €12.5M

- Aston Villa FC (ENG) / 3 years / €20M / €5M

- HNK Hajduk Split (CRO) / 3 years / €1.2M / €0.3M

- AS Roma (ITA) slightly exceeded the interim target set for the financial year ending in 2024 and has been fined €3 million."
