Brentford take on Leicester City at King Power Stadium in the Premier League on Friday evening (8pm kick-off GMT).

The match will be broadcast live in the UK on Sky Sports.

If you are heading to the match, here’s some useful information on getting to the ground and tips to make the most of your trip to Leicester.

Transport – Save 20 per cent on your journey to Leicester with Trainline

The club has teamed up with Trainline to give supporters discounted rail travel on matchday.

Trainline want to make it even easier to travel green. As part of their I Came By Train campaign to help fight climate change, you can save 20 per cent on your journey when you book in advance with Trainline.

After you purchase your match ticket, you will be sent an email with your unique discount code within one to two working days. Each ticket holder will receive an email with their unique discount code. You can redeem your discount code when purchasing your rail ticket. Terms and conditions apply.

Head to The Barley Mow pub before the match – win a signed shirt!

Meet other Bees fans and build the atmosphere before kick-off at The Barley Mow pub, located near to Leicester station. There will also be a raffle to win a signed Brentford shirt!

Please note that there are no designated away pubs in the vicinity of King Power Stadium.

The Counting House, a location that was previously popular amongst away supporters, is permanently closed. There are many other options to eat and drink before the match in the city centre.

Travelling by train

Direct trains to Leicester station run every 30 minutes from London St Pancras International and take approximately one hour and 10 minutes.

On arrival at Leicester station, bus services 80 and 20 will take you from Leicester city centre to within five minutes’ walk of King Power Stadium. Alternatively, the ground is around a 25-minute walk from the station.

The last direct train back to London from Leicester station is at 10.52pm. Return tickets to London are liable to sell out. We recommend you use Trainline to book your ticket as soon as possible.

Travelling by car

Parking at King Power Stadium can be booked in advance of the match. The club car park is on Filbert Street and costs £19 per car. Parking cannot be booked on the day of the match. Find booking information on Leicester’s website.

There are several independent car parks in the surrounding areas that are up to 10 minutes’ walk to the stadium, such as Freemans Common and Leicester Tigers Rugby Club. These car parks typically cost £5 and are first come, first served.

Important information about ticket collection

Ticket collection for this fixture is available at the Brentford box office at Gtech Community Stadium until 7pm on Thursday 20 February.

After this time, including on matchday, tickets must be collected from the matchday ticket collection point at King Power Stadium, located to the left of the Foxes Fan Store. Collection opens 90 minutes before kick-off.

Any duplicate ticket requests must be sent to Leicester City by the Brentford box office. Please contact Brentford's box office with any enquiries ahead of matchday.

If you’re collecting your ticket at the King Power, please remember to bring ID.

We would also like to remind travelling fans to observe and respect the family friendly seating. Anyone who holds a ticket in the family friendly area is reminded that they should be seated for the duration of the match.

Entering the ground

Entrance to the away section will be in the corner of the north and east stands at turnstiles 40-49, open 90 minutes before kick-off. The accessible entrance is at turnstiles 42 and 43.

Fans will be searched on entry and bags larger than A4 size will not be permitted. There is no bag storage at the ground.

The stadium has a multi-faith prayer room. Please speak to a steward if you would like to use the room.

If you experience or see any form of harassment or discrimination while at the stadium, please speak to the nearest steward. You can report a hate crime by texting ‘FOXES’, followed by your message, seat details and the nature of your concern to 60066.

Accessibility

King Power Stadium includes wheelchair access for away fans and accessible toilets, with designated accessibility stewards on hand for any support or to provide RADAR keys. Stewards can also help with ordering food and refreshments.

Visually impaired fans can request audio-descriptive headsets and access for guide dogs in advance of the game.

A longer stay

Staying the night in Leicester? The city is renowned for its nightlife with many restaurants, bars and pubs.
