There are apparently now some indications that Bayern Munich are trying to sign another Chelsea player that isn’t Nicolas Jackson.
In what came at the end of a very eventful day at Chelsea Football Club to say the least, Bayern want another Chelsea player.
But they perhaps need to work on sorting the situation with Nicolas Jackson first, because he is still in Munich now after flying there yesterday to complete his loan move, and he’s been left absolutely fuming at Chelsea and has no intentions of returning to the club.
Chelsea contacted Jackson the minute Liam Delap got injured and confirmed to be out for 6-8 weeks. But Jackson had just landed in Munich to complete his medical and join Bayern on loan for the season. You cannot make this up!
Jackson is contracted to Chelsea and has an obligation to return and do what the club are telling him. But I fear this story has a lot more to play out yet so watch this space…

Amongst all that madness and drama of yesterday and last night. The Guardian reported that Bayern are also keen on Chelsea defender Josh Acheampong.
The report claims that there are indications that the German champions are pondering an attempt to sign the 19-year-old defender on loan with an obligation to buy.
But they also say that Chelsea have no interest in selling Acheampong, who is also a target for Manchester City and Bournemouth.
I cannot see any chance at all of Chelsea letting Acheampong even go on loan at this point because of the long-term injury to Levi Colwill. So good luck to you there Bayern with this one, it’s not happening!
I’ll eat my hat if Chelsea let him go. They only would if they signed or loan in another centre back themselves, and it’s too late for that anyway in my view.
