Joao Felix has moved up to fourth in the list of footballers with the highest combined transfer fees following his departure from Chelsea.
The Portuguese playmaker will link up with compatriot Cristiano Ronaldo at Al-Nassr after the Saudi Pro League side paid an initial £26.2m, which could rise up to £43.7m if potential add-ons are met.
Excluding add-ons, clubs have now spent a combined £195m in transfer fees on Felix; only three players in the history of the game have cost more over the course of their careers, according to Transfermarkt.
The player one place above him in the list is Ronaldo himself, who has made big money moves between Manchester United, Real Madrid and Juventus for a combined £214m.
Coming in at second is Romelu Lukaku, whose only cheap transfer fee came at the beginning of his career when Chelsea bought him for £10m rising to £17m with add-ons from Anderlecht. Everton broke their transfer record (£28m) to sign him in 2014, before Manchester United bought him for £75m three years later. Both Inter Milan and Chelsea broke their transfer records to acquire him in later years.
Of course, top spot belongs to Neymar, who infamously made a world record £200m switch from Barcelona to PSG in 2017. He has moved for a whopping £346m altogether.
