Official: Hansi Flick named Best La Liga manager by RFEF Coaches Committee | OneFootball

After enjoying a successful 2024/25 season, FC Barcelona manager Hansi Flick has been voted the best coach in the league by the Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) Coaches Committee.

As part of the ‘1st International Congress of Football Coaches’ organised by the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) and held in Madrid on 20 and 21 June, the RFEF Coaches’ Committee will host the inaugural ‘Banquillo de Oro’ Awards Gala.

The event will honour coaches from Spain’s top football and futsal divisions, recognising both sporting success and exemplary conduct, respect, and values demonstrated throughout the 2024/25 season.

And Flick has been named as the best men’s coach for 2024/25 after he led the Blaugrana to the La Liga title along with the Spanish Super Cup and Copa del Rey triumphs in his debut season at the club.

The 60-year-old German tactician had already won the Best Coach of the Year award handed by La Liga and now bags another honour after a successful campaign.

Meanwhile, Barcelona Femeni coach Pere Romeu, has been awarded in the women’s category after completing another near-perfect season with the team.

Pere Romeu also achieved a treble by winning the Liga F, Copa de la Reina, and Super Cup. He was on the verge of repeating his Champions League title but ended up losing to Arsenal in the final.
