Moatasem Al-Musrati (28) has confirmed that he is ready to make his AS Monaco when they face Paris Saint-Germain on Friday night. The Libya international joined Les Monégasques on deadline day on Monday.

Al-Musrati joined from Besiktas on a loan deal with an option to make the move permanent at the end of the season. He has featured regularly for the Turkish side this season and is therefore good to go for Friday. “He is in shape and a topic to face PSG,” confirmed Adi Hütter in a press conference, attended by Get French Football News.

“If the coach decides [then I’m ready],” added Al-Musrati. Jordan Teze, Wilfried Singo, Folarin Balogun are all out for the Principality club as they head to the Parc des Princes. Edan Diop, meanwhile, is back in first-team training, as is George Ilenikhena. It is not clear whether either will be fit enough to play a part against PSG.

Hütter revealed that Aleksandr Golovin has been suffering from an ankle injury for the past two months following the weekend win over AJ Auxerre. However, he is now feeling better, as per Hütter. “He said that he is no longer feeling pain in his ankle – compliments to the medical staff,” said the Monaco manager.
