Sky Germany reports that Premier League sides Leeds United and Nottingham Forest remain interested in Ermedin Demirovic.
VfB Stuttgart’s asking price for Demirovic is said to be around €40m, and last season the Bosnian scored 17 goals, despite playing a part-time role, something that he is unhappy about.
The Swabians have little interest in selling Demirovic, and the striker himself will only consider a move away from the club if it is a top offer.
Some reports suggest that Leeds have already been rejected by Stuttgart, while Forest had shown an interest in Demirovic’s teammate Jamie Leweling, but this was also rejected.
Demirovic has found himself behind both Nick Woltemade and Deniz Undav at Stuttgart. The Bosnian has remained an effective goalscorer and offers a completely different profile to the other two strikers. However, a move to a club competing in Europe, such as Forest, would see him behind Chris Wood in the pecking order.
