Andrey Santos has said that he is a big fan of one new pending new Chelsea signing and has some big words of praise for his potential new Blues team mate.

Santos will be hoping to be in the Chelsea first team this season going forward, although his future is actually a bit unclear right now with his potential pathway into the first team being firmly blocked by stars like Enzo Fernandez, Moises Caicedo, and Romeo Lavia ahead of him.

A decision will soon be made on Santos’ future, but he will be hoping to one day play in the same Chelsea team as another new Brazilian rising star, Estevao Willian.

Willian will arrive as a new Chelsea player in the summer of 2025 when he turns 18 after The Blues announced the done deal just last week.

There is a lot of hype around Willian right now and how he is the next biggest thing to be coming out of Brazilian football, and Santos agrees.

As posted on X by aggregator account The Chelsea Dodgers citing PL Brasil, Santos was quoted as saying:

“I’m a fan of Estevão. I always talked about him to my father, I knew he would quickly become a professional because of his quality and I see that he is a focused boy, he has personality, he is the face of Brazilian football, he is really going for it.”

It certainly sounds like the news of Estevao being the next biggest thing is going all around Brazil. If Chelsea can get this guy in the team next summer like they plan to do, and they use him correctly and develop him well, then there is every chance that they might have a future world class player on their hands here.
