Even more drivel coming out regarding the Newcastle United takeover in 2021.

The Telegraph report over the weekend initially ‘revealed’ leaked Whatsapp messages involving Amanda Staveley from back before the takeover was concluded.

Apparently, they are somehow meant to indicate that Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed Bin Salman was ‘heavily involved’ in the Newcastle United takeover.

Then shock over shock, The Guardian of all newspapers, joining forces with their political rivals The Telegraph on repeating this ‘exclusive’.

Who else better then to carry it for The Guardian than one Louise Taylor. Yes the same Louise Taylor who supports Sunderland AFC.

I have read the content of these so-called interference allegations and in my opinion, there is simply no substance to them, or anything that we didn’t already know regarding MBS’s position and association with the Saudi Arabia PIF.

Three years on and the hypocrisy and jealousy shown towards Newcastle United in the mainstream media persists.

I popped onto a certain Sunderland fans site, to see how the mackems were reacting to their fine away victory over Hull City. Sunderland are now edging clear at the top of the Championship, but hardly to my surprise, this Telegraph coup is second top of their content.

“Time for a 200 point deduction.”

“Throw the Saudis out like they did Abramovich.”

These were a couple of the delusional fools’ take on the matter.

With United seemingly in the midst of a potential mini-crisis on the pitch, isn’t it predictably ironic that this non-story, in effect, has basically been regurgitated.

Shame on the Tory Telegraph and Liberal (when it suits them) Guardian.

And as for all of the others, scribes and fans alike, who are jumping on this? Stuff them all, every single one of them.

They are like whinging toddlers who are still so jealous, deep down just really scared of the thought of Newcastle United attaining lasting success.
