Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta reportedly has a couple of very exciting plans up his sleeve it seems.
Arteta has given numerous young players the platform to succeed at Arsenal, including the likes of Bukayo Saka, Gabriel Martinelli, William Saliba and more recently Ethan Nwaneri and Myles Lewis- Skelly.
And now, the Gunners chief could be set to ship in two more ultra-talented youth stars.
Arsenal are a club that always puts faith into youth, and they have a great record of bringing elite young talents through the famous Hale End academy.
The likes of Ashley Cole, Jack Wilshere and the aforementioned Saka are just some examples of the exceptional production line at Hale End.
This time though, Arsenal are seemingly casting their net further afield, with two potential incomings from Greece on the cards.
According to a report from Tutto Juve, Arsenal are leading the race to sign Olympiacos duo Charalampos Kostoulas and Christos Mouzakitis.
The two Greek players, both 17, have been catching the eye around the continent with some mightily impressive performances for Olympiacos.
Kostoulas is a centre-forward whilst Mouzakitis plays in the centre of midfield and both have made serious waves out in Greece this season.
In fact, Kostoulas has bagged three goals in 11 games for the Olympiacos senior side already this term.
Meanwhile, Mouzakitis is a silky ball-player with incredible technical ability and eye-catching coolness and composure for someone so young.
The teenage duo have huge talent and potential, and that’s what has drawn Mikel Arteta to both of them.
Arsenal are leading the race for the two Greek youngsters, and it will be interesting to see how they blossom under Arteta, if they do indeed move to north London.
