42 years ago today, Celtic beat Rangers 2-1 to win the Scottish League Cup. Therefore, it was a first League Cup winners medal for every Celtic member of the squad except Danny McGrain.
McGrain lifted the Scottish League Cup that day as skipper for the one and only time.
