Luizao is edging close to an exit from West Ham after struggling to force his way into the first team plans in east London.
The Brazilian defender, who joined the club back in 2023, is understood to be in talks to head to Poland to get his career on track.
Reporting on The West Ham Way, insider ExWHUEmployee has advised that talks are taking place with the player close to making his way imminently.
“Brazilian Academy defender Luizao is in talks to join Polish side Pogoń Szczecin,” reported Ex. “The player had been in talks about both a loan and permanent move and was keen to start playing first team football.
“Despite his young age the Brazilian has a wife and kids and is looking to settle somewhere and kick on with a first team career. The Polish transfer window closes this Monday and Luizao is expected to make his move official before then.”
In further news, Ex has also reported that the Daniel Cummings move from Celtic is now all in place to be confirmed, with the player having completed his medical.
“Daniel Cummings has completed all parts of his transfer to West Ham from Celtic,” added Ex. “The club could make an announcement soon or wait until the summer to check that he has maintained full fitness before processing the deal. Cummings contract will begin in the 1st of July.”
