Milan coach Sergio Conceiçao is reportedly set to change five men from his side’s last Serie A game as they look to return to winning ways against Lecce after three consecutive league defeats.
It kicks off at 18:00 CET (17:00 GMT) at the Stadio Via del Mare in Lecce.
Rafael Leão and Theo Hernández remain among the most criticised Rossoneri players, but the left-back is still expected to start, while the Portuguese forward is likely to begin on the bench.

Conceição is reportedly considering deploying Yunus Musah and Álex Jiménez as attacking wingers. However, Sky Sport Italia suggests that the USMNT international could also be used in a three-man midfield alongside Warren Bondo and Tijjani Reijnders if the coach opts for a 4-3-3 system.
Surprisingly, Tammy Abraham is expected to lead the attack in place of Santiago Giménez, with Christian Pulisic likely to be the only star forward in the starting XI, as João Félix is also set to be benched.
Lecce coach Marco Giampaolo will rely on sought-after striker Nikola Krstovic up front, with Tete Morente and Santiago Perotti on the wings.
In the UK, the Serie A match will be available to stream online live through OneFootball. Supporters in the USA are able to tune in via Paramount+ or Fubo.
