Los Blancos' European magic looked to have been blocked as Bayern Munich carried a one-goal lead into the 88th minute of Wednesday's semi-final second leg, only for the Bernabeu machine to churn out one more Champions League miracle and seal a spot at Wembley's showpiece finale.

Here are Madrid's best and worst players according to 90min's player ratings.

Joselu - 10/10

Joselu entered the game in the 81st minute when Madrid were still trailing. He was the man Carlo Ancelotti turned to in the hope of saving the day.

Job done.

The loanee striker had just ten touches during his time on the pitch, but two of those ended up in the back of the net as he single-handedly flipped the entire game on its head and sent Madrid to the final.

Vinicius Junior - 8/10

Across the entire game, no Madrid player caused more problems for Bayern than Vinicius Junior. The Brazil international struck the post early on but couldn't add to his double from last week, which was about the only thing this performance was lacking.

Vinicius was an absolute nightmare for Joshua Kimmich in the second half, relentlessly charging at the Bayern right-back in search of the goals his side needed.

Federico Valverde - 5/10

Federico Valverde was the man brought off when Ancelotti went for his Joselu Hail Mary.

The Uruguay midfielder wasn't at his best with the ball at his feet and was guilty of a handful of poor decisions in the final third, but in the end, those struggles ultimately gave us one of the greatest comebacks in Champions League history.
