Reading have confirmed the arrival of their new manager Rubén Sellés on Monday.
The former Southampton boss will sign a deal with the club subject to a successful application for his work visa.

The 40-year-old takes over for Paul Ince who the Royals sacked in April.
Sellés took over Saints during the middle of the season last year and managed 18 games, but ultimately couldn’t save them from relegation.
His next challenge will be to boost Reading back to the Championship, as the club had six points docked for business violations and are currently under a transfer embargo.
It remains to be seen how long Sellés contract will be with the club.
