The Burkinabé right-back is on the radar of the newly promoted Ligue 1 side.
Paris FC interested in Issa Kaboré
Back at Manchester City after his last two loan spells with Werder Bremen (Germany) and Benfica (Portugal), Issa Kaboré is on the lookout for a new challenge. The Burkina Faso international could leave the English club for good this summer, and among the interested sides is Paris FC.
Under contract with Manchester City until June 2027, Issa Kaboré is not expected to be retained by the English champions, despite his undeniable potential and qualities. After several loan experiences, the right-back is seeking stability and wants to settle into a club where he can fully showcase his talent. In this regard, Paris FC is one of the clubs that have shown concrete interest in the player, according to reports. It's an ambitious target for the Parisian outfit, who are looking to strengthen their squad to make a strong impression in Ligue 1 this season. However, Paris FC is not alone in the race.
Indeed, Issa Kaboré’s profile—having already played in France with Troyes and Olympique de Marseille—has attracted plenty of interest across Europe. Besides OM, where he was on loan in 2022-2023, clubs like Stade Rennais, Galatasaray, Valencia, and several Belgian and German teams are also in the mix. Now, Kaboré’s camp is prioritizing a permanent transfer, aiming to build a more stable career after seasons marked by frequent moves. For their part, Manchester City are not closing the door on the Burkina Faso international at all.
