NEC Nijmegen have already managed to reel in Telstar revelation Youssef El Kachati and old acquaintance Tjaronn Chery, and now want to complete the arrival of former FC Twente attacker Virgil Misidjan and Gonzalo Crettaz.

Misidjan (31) is a free agent after his contract with Ferencvaros was bought out and has already undergone a medical examination in Nijmegen. The pacey winger/forward who previously played for Willem II, PEC Zwolle and Ludogorets, will sign a multi-year contract.

The 25-year-old goalkeeper Crettaz has worked with the new NEC coach Dick Schreuder at Castellon in recent seasons, and both have enjoyed the collaboration.
