With the January transfer window approaching, speculation about Randal Kolo Muani’s future at Paris Saint-Germain is heating up, driven by his limited playing time this season.

On Sunday, the French forward faced another setback when he was left out of the group for PSG’s match against Olympique Lyonnais, signaling that he may not be a key part of Luis Enrique’s plans.

Kolo Muani has struggled to establish himself as PSG’s main striker, tallying just 453 minutes across all competitions. This has fueled rumors of a possible departure in January.

Transfer expert Fabrizio Romano has claimed that PSG could consider letting him go if a suitable offer comes in, though there’s currently no indication of talks or negotiations with Manchester United.

Meanwhile, CaughtOffside reported that Arsenal are exploring multiple attacking options, with Kolo Muani among those being monitored, alongside Alexander Isak, Benjamin Sesko, Bryan Mbeumo, Mateo Retegui, and Liam Delap.

Are Man Utd still interested in Randal Kolo Muani?

According to L’Équipe, a loan deal—with or without an option to buy—currently seems like the most realistic scenario. Manchester United have shown the most concrete interest in recent weeks, although their focus has shifted to addressing more immediate issues following Ruben Amorim’s arrival.

Leipzig’s interest is genuine but still in the early stages. AS Monaco are another club to watch, as they’ve announced plans to sign a striker following Folarin Balogun’s injury. Additionally, the increasingly likely departure of Kolo Muani could prompt PSG to bring in a new forward.

Last month, Football Transfers revealed that Paris Saint-Germain are considering loaning out Kolo Muani in the January transfer window. Newcastle and West Ham have emerged as the leading contenders for his signature. While PSG hasn’t set an official asking price, Transfermarkt currently values the forward at €30 million.
