Roma regrouped at Trigoria earlier today to prepare for the upcoming first leg of the Europa League semifinals with Bayer Leverkusen.
The training session, however, did not include captain Lorenzo Pellegrini.

As revealed by Sky Sport, Daniele De Rossi took the decision to rest the Italian midfielder for precaution.
Pellegrini has a long history of injuries and the last thing De Rossi would need is for him to get fatigued a few days away from a crucial Europa League showdown.
Pellegrini is expected to be back for team training tomorrow, on the eve of Thursday night’s match.
