Chelsea came alive in the second half, coming from behind to secure a 4-1 victory over Real Betis and win the Conference League at the Wroclaw Stadium.
The Spanish side took an early lead thanks to Abde Ezzalzouli, who finished well after a brilliant reverse pass from Isco put him in space on the edge of the box. He fired a low shot into the bottom right corner to put Betis ahead.
The second half belonged to Cole Palmer, who stepped up when it mattered most.
The Blues equalised in the 65th minute as Enzo Fernandez headed home an excellent delivery from Palmer.
Just five minutes later, Palmer beat his marker on the right wing and delivered a cross into the six-yard box, allowing Jackson to bundle the ball into the net off his chest.
Jadon Sancho made the win comfortable with a lovely curling finish, assisted by fellow substitute Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, in the 83rd minute.
And Moises Caicedo added a fourth in injury time with a deflected effort from around 20 yards out.
Enzo Mareca's side have created history by becoming the first European team to win all five of UEFA’s major men’s senior club competitions - the Champions League , Europa League, UEFA Super Cup, Cup Winners Cup, and now the Conference League.
The victory also ends an impressive streak, with Chelsea becoming the first foreign side to defeat a Spanish team in a final since 2001, breaking a run where Spanish teams had won 27 consecutive finals in men’s European club or international football involving a Spanish side.
