Inter hit back at Bayern Munich with a hilarious social media post after a hard-fought qualification for the Champions League semifinals.

The Nerazzurri qualified for the Champions League semifinals on Wednesday, securing a 4-3 aggregate win over Bundesliga giants Bayern Munich.

After the game, Inter jokingly replied to an X post shared by Bayern Munich last week, before the beginning of the Champions League quarter-finals.

The Germans had suggested they put maximum focus against the Nerazzurri, quickly switching from Bundesliga commitment to the Champions League.

The Nerazzurri replied with the same image, but with an opposite meaning, as the Bavarians failed to overtake them across the two legs.

Inter have qualified for the Champions League semis for the second time in the last three seasons as they reached the Final in 2023, but lost to Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City.
