Inter Milan striker Marcus Thuram feels that the Nerazzurri are taking it “one match at a time” as they hunt a European Treble.
The Frenchman spoke to CBS Sports Golazo, via FCInterNews, after yesterday’s 2-2 Champions League draw with Bayern Munich.
Inter Milan have booked their place in the semifinals of the Champions League.
The Nerazzurri held onto a first leg advantage over Bayern Munich the quarterfinals, in a wild 2-2 draw.
Inter will meet Barcelona in the next round. It will certainly be a formidable challenge for them, but they will certainly believe that it’s possible.
Meanwhile, Inter also have domestic considerations to focus on.
This weekend, the Nerazzurri travel to Emilia-Romagna to face high-flying Bologna in Serie A. It’s a match that could play a decisive role in the title race against Napoli.
And next week, Inter play the second leg of their Coppa Italia semifinal tie against AC Milan.

Inter Milan striker Marcus Thuram says of the Treble that “we’re alive on all three fronts.”
“We take it one match at a time. And hope to go all the way.”
Meanwhile, Thuram gave his thoughts on the semifinal tie on the way. “Barcelona are a great team,” he said. “We have our chance, and they have theirs.”
“It will be a great semifinal. But we have the league and the Coppa Italia first, and we have to focus on that.”
Meanwhile, Thuram explained that “Bayern have a very aggressive style.”
“They pressed us man to man. We struggled a bit in trying to play our game.”
Then, the Frenchman stated of his strike partnership with Lautaro Martinez that “it’s great to play alongside him.”
“He’s a great striker. We complement each other very well, and in difficult matches like this you have to play in symbiosis. So that’s what we tried to do.”
