Karczewska joined former club Spurs from French side FC Fleury 91 in summer 2022. The player scored two goals in 14 Barclays Women’s Super League outings for The Lilywhites in her first season in North London before going out on loan this term. Karczewska spent the 2023/2024 campaign with German club Bayer Leverkusen where she hit an impressive 10 goals in 20 games in the Google Pixel Frauen-Bundesliga.

Spurs opted to release Karczewska at the end of this season and she will now play her football in Italy for the very first time in 2024/2025. She will be hoping to help AC Milan to increase their goalscoring and climb the Serie A Femminile eBay table in the new season.

AC Milan ended the latest campaign in sixth position, meaning that they entered the end of season relegation play-offs, although they were never at risk of dropping out of the top tier.
