Barcelona star Lamine Yamal has this week come in for some frankly over the top criticism, on the part of a former La Liga star.
This comes owing to his recent behaviour on and off the pitch alike.
Wide-man Lamine has of course seen his face continue to dominate the headlines across Spain throughout the summer to date.
This comes with the youngster having taken full advantage of the opportunity to enjoy his summer vacation to the fullest.
Earlier this month, Lamine threw a lavish 18th birthday party, which culminated in criticism from fans and the media alike.
And as alluded to above, this week, the Spanish international has come in for the harshest tirade to date.
Speaking during a live stream on social media, in quotes relaid by Diario Sport, ex-Valencia star and World Cup winner Adil Rami took aim at Lamine in absolutely ruthless fashion:
“I haven’t even been able to see him for two months. I don’t give a damn if there are happy or unhappy people… I don’t care, to be honest. I have nothing to say in football terms: he is a crack and I’m sure he will win the Ballon d’Or, European Cups and whatever you want. As for his behaviour, f**k him. It’s that clear. I tell you the truth. It all started with the way he shook hands with Cristiano Ronaldo in the final of the Nations League. I didn’t like it.
“I didn’t like that he made videos in which he talked about him. Seeing him do the foolish thing of pulling down his shorts, a story that comes from the prisons of the United States and Mexico, of those who wanted to f**k… There are things that catch my attention more. He gives parties and they are already talked about. Wait a little, son of a… He arrives, takes the number 10 and puts on ostentatious things with diamonds. He thinks he’s American. What a pain.”
