As has been written about extensively, AC Milan are currently searching for a new sporting director and there could yet be a twist.

However, these developments do not only concern Furlani’s decision but also his legal affairs. Paratici is currently banned until June, as a punishment for the Prisma investigation that hit Juventus in particular.

The criminal trial is still evolving, the paper adds, and there could be new developments between April and May. Based on the outcome, the stocks of Igli Tare and Tony D’Amico could rise, who Furlani has planned to meet anyway.

The Prosecutor’s Office in Rome has requested a criminal trial for the involved persons, including Paratici, for stock market manipulation, false invoices and obstruction of supervision. On April 15th, if will be decided if the case will go to trial or if it will be dismissed.

Furthermore, Giovanni Manna of Napoli was also sounded out but it was a check that led to a dead end, implying that he will not leave.
