Chelsea will need a healthy squad if they want to face PSG on Sunday in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup final at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey.
The Parisians put on a clinic Wednesday afternoon at MetLife Stadium, cruising to a 4-0 win over Real Madrid to punch their ticket to Sunday’s 2025 FIFA Club World Cup final against Chelsea.
PSG came flying out of the gate, scoring three times in the opening half hour and never giving Real Madrid a chance to recover. Moreover, Luis Enrique and his team added one more goal late in the contest to seal the win.
Meanwhile, Chelsea leaned on the two goals from João Pedro to eliminate Fluminense and advance to the final.

On Thursday, Football.London’s Bobby Vincent reported that Moises Caicedo has returned to Chelsea training ahead of the Club World Cup final against PSG. The update comes just days after the midfielder limped off late in the win over Fluminense.
Caicedo went down in stoppage time after a challenge and appeared to injure his ankle. He stayed on the ground in visible pain for several minutes.
With Enzo Maresca having already used all five substitutions, Caicedo initially tried to finish the match but ultimately couldn’t continue and was forced off. Now, Chelsea will be hoping that the 23-year-old will be ready for the contest against the Parisians.
