Juventus have started seriously considering a move for unneeded Chelsea striker Armando Broja as they look to replace Arkadiusz Milik.

The Bianconeri have decided to transfer list the 30-year-old Polish forward this summer as they look to revitalise the squad under new coach Thiago Motta. Sporting director Cristiano Giuntoli is keen to cut the player’s €3.5m net per season wages from the books.

Broja is not part of Enzo Maresca’s new project at Chelsea and the club are keen to find a buyer for the striker in the coming weeks, preferring a definitive transfer over a loan deal. There are currently no concrete offers for the 22-year-old, leaving his future shrouded in doubt.

Juventus look to Broja

Pages 34 and 35 of today’s Gazzetta dello Sport detail how Juventus have started thinking about making a move for Broja in the coming days, keen to find a reliable replacement for Milik in Motta’s new squad.

The Old Lady are considering proposing a loan deal with a buy option attached, hoping that the lack of competition will make the Blues more open to this style of deal.
