Nineteen of Paris Saint-Germain's first-team players returned to their respective national teams: find out more about the international break.

Ousmane Dembélé / Désiré Doué / Bradley Barcola / Warren Zaïre-Emery – France

Les Bleus came through the double-header against Croatia in the quarter-finals of the Nations League. The Croatians won the first leg 2-0 at Split's Stadion Poljud. Ousmane Dembélé was in the starting line-up and played 84 minutes, while Bradley Barcola came on in the 64th minute. The French team had to turn things around completely to continue their adventure and were able to count on Ousmane Dembélé, who scored in the 80th minute to take his team into extra time. Désiré Doué got his first minutes in blue when he replaced Bradley Barcola (66'). Warren Zaïre-Emery also came on (111') to breathe new life into this intense game. France won on penalties, Désiré scoring his spot kick with a cool finish. Didier Deschamps' players, after their win at the Stade de France, have now reached the final four of the competition, where they will meet Spain in the semi-finals.

GIANLUIGI DONNARUMMA - ITALy

Gianluigi Donnarumma and the Squadra Azzura faced a double-header against Germany in the Nations League. Italy lost the first leg at the San Siro (1-2) despite taking the lead. In a frenzied second leg, the Italians managed to come back from 3-0 down at half-time to make it 3-3 after 95 minutes. Unfortunately, it wasn't enough for Luciano Spalletti's men to continue their adventure in the Nations League.

Nuno Mendes / Vitinha / João Neves / Gonçalo Ramos - PORTUGAL

The Selecção also had a difficult first game in the Nations League, starting with a defeat to Denmark. Portugal lost the first leg 1-0, with João Neves, Vitinha and Nuno Mendes in the starting line-up. The second leg promised to be a high-scoring affair, and it proved to be, with Portugal winning 3-2 to take the game into extra time. Nuno Mendes and Vintinha were in the starting line-up once again, with Gonçalo Ramos coming on at the very end. The Parisian No9 made a name for himself by scoring Portugal's 5th goal (115'). Next up is the semi-final against Germany.

FABIAN RUIZ - spain

Spain and the Netherlands went head-to-head in the quarter-finals of the Nations League. La Roja drew the first leg in Holland, but came away victorious after a 3-3 draw in the second leg and a win on penalties. Fabian Ruiz played in both matches. Spain will face France in the semi-final.

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia – Georgia

Georgia faced Armenia in a two-legged Nations League play-off. The first match went well (0-3) without our Parisian, who was suspended. The second leg was even more emphatic (6-1). Khvicha Kvaratskhelia played the entire match, scoring a goal and providing an assist. The Georgians will remain in League B.

ACHRAF HAKIMI - Morocco

The Atlas Lions played two World Cup qualifiers (African zone), against Niger and Tanzania. Morocco won both matches, 1-2 away to Niger and 2-0 against Tanzania. Captain Achraf Hakimi only played in the first match, in which he played the full 90 minutes. The Moroccans are top of Group E after 5 matches, with a provisional 9-point lead over Niger.

MARQUINHOS - BRazil

It was two World Cup qualifiers for Brazil (South America zone). They secured victory over Colombia (2-1) with a late goal, but suffered a heavy defeat (4-1) away to Argentina in Buenos Aires. Marquinhos captain of both the Auriverdes and Paris Saint-Germain, played in both matches. Brazil ended the international break in 4th place in the standings, with four games still to play.

WILLIAN PACHO - ecuador

In second place behind Argentina in World Cup qualifying, Ecuador hosted Venezuela and then travelled to Chile. The first match was a solid 2-1 win, followed by a draw to round off their international break. Our central defender Willian Pacho played both matches.

LEE KANG-IN - south korea

Lee Kang-In was back with Korea for the 2026 World Cup qualifiers (Asia zone). In the first match against Oman, our Parisian midfielder came on at the end of the first half and provided an assist with his first pass. However, our No.19 was forced off with an ankle injury in the 85th minute, marking the end of his international break. Without Lee Kang-In, South Korea drew 1-1 with Jordan in the following match to maintain their three-point lead in the standings.

Senny Mayulu - FRANCE U20

France's U20 team played two friendly matches during the break. First losing to Japan (1-3), Senny Mayulu and his team-mates then beat Mexico (1-0) after scoring early on.

Naoufel El Hannach - morocco U20

Our young defender was called up to the national team for three friendly matches. Morocco U20 won all three: against Ghana (1-0), Sierra Leone (2-0) and Ghana again (4-1).

Yoram Zague - FRANCE u19

Yoram Zague was back in the French U19 team this week for three Euro qualifiers. The Paris Saint-Germain full-back came on as a 79th-minute substitute in the 2-1 defeat by Spain. Les Bleuets then beat Latvia (2-1) before losing to Italy (0-2). Yoram played both matches in full. France U19 finished the break 3rd in their group, with 5 points from three games played.

Ibrahim Mbaye - FRANCE U17

France U17 also played three Euro qualifiers. The break began with a 4-0 victory over Finland, with Ibrahim Mbaye playing 67 minutes. Three days later, Les Bleuets hosted Denmark, giving our Rouge et Bleu striker a chance to shine, with a goal and two assists in a 4-1 victory. To finish, the French U17 team came away with a comprehensive victory over Greece (1-5), with Ibrahim playing 82 minutes. Three players from the Paris Saint-Germain academy were also in the squad: David Boly, Emmanuel Mbemba and Lucas Batbedat. All three got some minutes on the pitch, with David providing two assists against Greece and Lucas another in the same match. With three wins from three games, Les Bleuets are top of their group.
