Valencia's plan for Umar Sadiq

Back at Real Sociedad, Umar Sadiq does not feature in Sergio Francisco's plans. Yet the Nigerian striker still has a loyal admirer in La Liga: Valencia CF.

The Ché club, impressed by his performances during his loan spell, wants to bring him back... but not immediately. According to the Spanish press, Valencia's management has informed the player's agent of their intention to make another move at the end of the transfer window. Their strategy: wait until the final days to negotiate a new loan deal, without a purchase option, under favorable terms when Real will be under pressure to find a solution.

As for Umar Sadiq, he is eager to return to Mestalla, where he truly felt at home. However, he has been advised not to consider other offers in the meantime, despite the uncertainty. At the same time, Valencia is also exploring the Jamie Vardy option in case their main plan falls through.
