This weekend's clash against a Frankfurt side fresh from a 4-1 victory against Werder Bremen, though, will be a different prospect entirely.

Hoffenheim amassed just 17 points from their 17 home league matches last term and have failed to win 12 of their last 13 on their own turf.

This is a record that Ilzer will be desperate to change this season; however, they are set for a stern test against a strong Eintracht Frankfurt side.

Ilzer is still dealing with injuries to defender Ozan Kabak, while Koki Machida was forced off in last weekend's win, but aside from these absentees, Ilzer has a fully fit squad to choose from.

Die Adler were dominant on opening weekend against Bremen. Dino Toppmöller's side won comfortably with a 4-1 scoreline, and limited Die Grün-Weißen to just one big chance and four efforts inside the penalty area.

Frankfurt also netted five times in their DFB-Pokal triumph against Engers the week prior, and will be looking to continue with the fine goalscoring form as they make the trip to Sinsheim.

Toppmöller's men are unbeaten in seven competitive fixtures, and their start bodes extremely well as they look to challenge for the Champions League places again come May.

Summer arrival Michael Zetterer is expected to remain between the sticks for Eintracht due to Kaua Santos' injury, while Toppmöller oversees an otherwise fully fit squad.
