Tottenham are preparing for a busy summer transfer window that could see Ange Postecoglou strengthen his squad further. A whole host of players are likely to be on their radar, with plans starting to be put into place.
One of those linked with a switch is Barcelona star Raphinha, following a difficult 18-months with the Blaugrana. According to a report from Spanish outlet Sport, Spurs have already launched a bid for the winger.
The offer is claimed to be in the region of £60million, with the Brazilian also on the radar of rivals Liverpool.

Manchester City superstar Kevin De Bruyne has claimed that Tottenham are one of five teams in the Premier League title race this season. It comes as the Belgian international returns from injury to help his team towards a fourth consecutive league triumph.
Just two points separate Liverpool, Arsenal and Man City at the top of the table, with Aston Villa and Spurs close behind. Speaking to the Standard, after his side’s win over Brentford, De Bruyne said on the title race: “There are so many teams there [in the title race].
“Liverpool and Arsenal are there with us, but I’d say even [Aston] Villa and Tottenham are close. We will be fighting with five for the moment. There’s a little pressure anyway to do well, but there’s no point looking at what’s going to happen in two months.”

Micky van de Ven has been crowned the quickest player in the Premier League so far this season in a list published by Sky Sports on Monday Night Football. The 22-year-old led the division with a top speed of 37.38 km/h [23.2 mph].
Luton Town’s Chiedozie Ogbene is his nearest rival, coming in at 36.93 km/h [22.9 mph]. It outlines just how key the defender has been to Ange Postecoglou since signing last summer.
The Australian coach has opted for a high defensive line, which may only be possible for players with quick recovery for long balls over the top. With the pace of Van de Ven, it’s a lot easier to deal with those potential threats.
