It’s never easy dealing with Club Brugge, as Milan learned in the Charles De Ketelaere deal a few years ago. In the negotiations for Ardon Jashari it was no different – but the outcome is the same: Milan got their man.

Jashari was Milan’s top target for the midfield since the start of the mercato and today he finally signed the contract at Casa Milan.

“Milan announces the permanent signing of footballer Ardon Jashari from Club Brugge. The Swiss midfielder has signed a contract with the Rossoneri until 30 June 2030.

“Born in Cham, Switzerland, on 30 July 2002, Ardon began his footballing journey with Luzern, making his first-team debut with the club in July 2020. He went on to rack up 102 appearances and nine goals in his time with Die Leuchten. In the Summer of 2024, he moved to Club Brugge, where he made 52 appearances and scored four goals, winning the Belgian Cup.

“Jashari has four caps for Switzerland, making his debut in September 2022. Ardon Jashari will wear the number 30.”

The 23-year-old reportedly costs Milan €33.5m + €4.5m in bonuses. He’s the 5th summer signing after Samuele Ricci, Luka Modrić, Pietro Terracciano and Pervis Estupiñan.
