The string of departures from FC Barcelona’s reserve team, Barça Atletic, continues as Alan Godoy has become the latest player to leave the team, signing for Estrela de Amadora in Portugal.
“FC Barcelona and CF Estrela de Amadora have reached an agreement for the loan of player Alan Godoy until June 30, 2026,” the statement from the club read.
Godoy joined Barça in the winter transfer window earlier this year, arriving from Eldense and signing a contract until June 30, 2027.
The 22-year-old striker started off with a goal on his debut. However, a muscle injury kept him out for a run of matches.
Once recovered, he finished the season with another two goals in the final days. In total, Godoy played nine matches (six starts) and scored three goals.
The attacker will now spend the next season on loan in Portugal, hoping to continue his development.
Godoy becomes the latest player to depart Barça Atletic, following in the footsteps of Diego Percan, Aleix Garrido, Pau Prim, Ander Astralaga and Noah Darvich, among others.
