Rúben Amorim’s decision to leave Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho out of Manchester United’s squad for last Sunday’s derby has sparked rumors about Rashford’s future at the club.
Even without the duo, United pulled off a dramatic 2-1 win over Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium. Josko Gvardiol put City ahead with a first-half header, but Bruno Fernandes equalized with an 88th-minute penalty.
Just two minutes later, Amad Diallo sealed the win, expertly rounding Éderson to score. Rashford’s omission from the squad for this match has only fueled growing speculation about his future at United.
TEAMtalk reported last Sunday that Manchester United have made the decision to sell Marcus Rashford in the January transfer window. The report mentions that Paris Saint-Germain are interested in the England international, and with United now open to selling, other clubs could also enter the race for his signature.
In the meantime, Chris Wheeler of the Daily Mail indicates that Manchester United might be open to offers of around £40 million for the forward.

The Guardian’s Jamie Jackson reports that Rashford has been put up for sale by Manchester United as part of a cultural reboot deemed necessary after standards were allowed to decline for more than a decade at the club.
However, Laurie Whitwell of The Athletic reports that Paris Saint-Germain have no interest in Marcus Rashford. Meanwhile, Melissa Reddy from Sky Sports highlights that no clubs are currently pursuing him due to concerns over his form, off-field behavior, and high salary.
ESPN’s Mark Ogden suggests that Rashford now has two choices: either work to revive his career at Manchester United or move to Saudi Arabia.
