Lamine Yamal, Pedri & more Barcelona stars react to death of Liverpool’s Diogo Jota | OneFootball

A number of first-team stars at La Liga giants Barcelona have taken to social media on Thursday, to provide their reactions to the news of Diogo Jota’s tragic passing.

The name of attacker Jota has of course taken its place front and centre in the headlines across world football over the course of the day to date.

This comes after word was forthcoming that the Portuguese had been involved in a fatal car accident in Spain.

Both Jota and brother André lost their lives in the incident, leaving the game of football in a state of collective shock.

Messages of support have since come pouring in for Jota’s family and friends, as clubs, players and more do their best to provide comfort to those closest to the now-former Liverpool standout.

And as alluded to above, adding their respective names to this list of well wishers this afternoon were several leading Barcelona stars.
