Cole Palmer was the star of the show for his Chelsea side once again against Tottenham in the Premier League.
The Blues were 2-0 down against Ange Postecoglou’s men after early mistakes from Marc Cucurella.
However, the England international Palmer inspired his side to a famous 4-3 win against their London rivals.
The former Manchester City man scored two goals and provided one assist against the North London club, ensuring three points for his side to keep them second in the Premier League.
One of the goals he scored was a cheeky Panenka penalty against goalkeeper Fraser Forster.
After the match, the Chelsea star explained why he decided to chip the Tottenham goalkeeper to score the penalty.
‘When I’ve stepped back looked at the clock and thought the game’s a bit frantic. The keeper was ready to dive so I chipped it,’ Palmer told Sky Sports, as reported by the Daily Mail.
‘I’m just trying to score and thankfully it went in,’ he added.
It was a statement win from Chelsea and once again it showed how much they have improved under the leadership of manager Enzo Maresca.

The Italian has completely transformed the club and turned around their fortunes following his move in the summer.
The Blues are second in the league, four points behind leaders Liverpool, who have played a game less.
Arsenal’s 1-1 draw against Fulham at Craven Cottage means that Chelsea are now two points above Mikel Arteta’s side.
After early mistakes from Cucurella, it was a completely dominant display from Chelsea.
Both Enzo Fernandez and Jadon Sancho scored and kept up their brilliant form for the Premier League giants.
In 15 Premier League matches this season, Palmer has scored 11 goals and provided six assists, keeping up his form from last season.
Chelsea are currently the closest team to Liverpool in the league and considering they are managing to do it in the first season under Maresca is highly commendable.
