Sky Germany reports that RB Leipzig striker Benjamin Seško has a release clause in his contract that becomes valid in the summer.
The clause is said to be worth €50m, the clause was used as a compromise when Seško joined Leipzig in the summer from sister club Red Bull Salzburg for €24m.
Since arriving from Austria, Seško has spent most of his time coming off the bench for Leipzig. When the 20-year-old has played he has shown flashes of why he has been regularly linked with some of the biggest clubs in Europe but has struggled to break the partnership of Loïs Openda and Yussuf Poulsen.
A move away from Leipzig so soon would not be wise for the Slovenian due to his lack of playing time. Apart from Erling Haaland, most attackers moving from Salzburg to the Bundesliga have needed time to adapt such as Dominik Szoboszlai and more recently Karim Adeyemi.
